Privacy Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

This policy explains how Layth Plus One LLC (“Layth Solutions,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit laythsolutions.com or contact us, and the choices you have. It covers this website. Services we provide under a client agreement are covered by that agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, book a free assessment, request a resource such as the IT health checklist, subscribe to our newsletter, answer a survey, or email or call us, we collect what you provide. That can include:

  • your name, email address, and phone number;
  • your company name, industry, and number of employees;
  • details you share about your IT needs or problems, and any message you send.

Information collected automatically

  • Site analytics we run ourselves. When you view a page, we record the page, the referring page, your browser and device type, your IP address, and an approximate location derived from your IP address (country, region, city, time zone, and approximate coordinates). We use this to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from.
  • Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics measure how the site is used, such as pages viewed and time on site.
  • Error monitoring. We use Sentry to find and fix errors. When an error happens, and on a small sample of visits, Sentry may record a replay of how the page behaved. Replays mask all text on the page and block images and video, so what you type is not visible in them.
  • Security. We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and protect the site from abuse.

Advertising cookies and tags

We advertise on platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and Meta, and use their tags to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. You can opt out below at any time, using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out:

  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok tags load for every visitor, for the platforms we currently use. They can record visits and actions such as submitting a form, and Google and Microsoft may receive your email or phone number in hashed form when you send us a form.
  • If you choose “Opt Out,” Google and Microsoft stop setting or reading advertising cookies and send only limited, cookieless signals; Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok tags stop loading.

The platforms may use cookies to show you our ads elsewhere. You can opt out, or change your choice, below at any time.

You haven't opted out. Advertising cookies and tags are on unless you opt out.

Opting out stops new advertising tags from loading and tells Google not to use ad cookies. Reload the page for scripts that already loaded to stop.

How we use information

  • to respond to you, schedule assessments, and provide the services you ask for;
  • to send resources you request and, if you subscribe, our newsletter;
  • to understand and improve the site and our services;
  • to measure and improve our advertising;
  • to keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse;
  • to comply with the law.

Use of AI tools

We use AI service providers to help us read, summarize, and prioritize inquiries we receive through the site. The details you submit in a form may be processed by such a provider for that purpose. People at Layth Solutions review inquiries and make the decisions about them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

  • Service providers who run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting and databases, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics, workflow automation, and AI tools. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • Advertising platforms (Google, and if you accept, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or TikTok), as described above. Some state privacy laws treat this as “targeted advertising” or “sharing”. You can opt out using the control above.
  • Others when required, for example to comply with law or legal process, to protect our rights or others’ safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Your choices

  • Opt out of advertising cookies with the control above (also linked as “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer), or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
  • Stop marketing emails by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing support@laythsolutions.com.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Manage ad personalization with Google and Meta.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, Connecticut, New Jersey, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it, and opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@laythsolutions.com or call 929-413-9492. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to your appeal within the time the law requires.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as following up on an inquiry or serving you as a client, and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Then we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, post a notice on the site.
